Lookout Sibanda was born in Zimbabwe, grew up in Pretoria and is based in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape. He is a self-taught ceramic artist, who specializes in handcrafted ceramic pottery, cutlery, décor and art. Lookout is well known around the local creative scene, with many achievements including winning the Lithuba Lakho homeware category in 2019, having showcased in numerous renown local events @decorexafrica, Sanlam handmade, SARCDA, 

Homemakers expo Jo’burg and Pretoria also exhibited in University of Pretoria, Hermanus, Cape Town and in several galleries around Gqeberha. He featured in various local art and design publications and has headlined in local news and stories on various occasions.

His love of ceramics shows through his creations, showcasing the beauty of African craft and art.
