Lesego Seoketsa is a dynamic visual artist based in Springs, South Africa, whose multidisciplinary practice spans photography, mixed media, and digital art. Born in 1995, Seoketsa uses her work to explore themes of identity, heritage, and social justice—offering a compelling lens into the complexities of African experiences. 

A graduate of the Orms Circle Mentorship Programme, her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, publications, and artist residencies, earning her recognition for her bold visual language and layered storytelling. Her art is not only visually striking but intellectually and emotionally resonant, inviting dialogue around personal and collective identity.

Seoketsa’s work is a deeply personal exploration of selfhood, history, and empowerment. Drawing from African cultural heritage and the lived realities of the global South, she addresses the weight of history while envisioning pathways toward liberation for marginalized voices. Through vibrant mixed-media compositions, she challenges viewers to engage with questions of representation, belonging, and transformation.
